Meet the Sherpa Corps of Helsinki Geoeconomics Week 2025

The Sherpa Corps is the backbone of participant experience at Helsinki Geoeconomics Week 2025. Comprising a hand-picked cadre of graduate students, early-career professionals, and rising geoeconomics practitioners, this elite team serves as the intellectual and logistical bridge between speakers, sessions, and strategy.

Selected for their exceptional professionalism, situational fluency, and intellectual versatility, the Sherpas are more than volunteers. They are embedded guides. Each Sherpa is assigned to one or more distinguished speakers or sessions, ensuring seamless support, accurate briefing alignment, and enriched engagement throughout the event.

Their work is vital to the high-level execution of HGW25 and offers them a unique vantage point from which to learn, contribute, and connect at the commanding heights of global economic statecraft.
